Established in 1981, VRA Academy is the learning and capacity development arm of the Volta River Authority (VRA). The Academy was established to build the technical and leadership capability required to support operational excellence and long-term sustainability of Volta River Authority-VRA. Over the years, the Academy has expanded its role beyond internal training provider to become a strategic partner for capacity development, performance improvement, and sector-wide workforce development. Today, VRA Academy supports both internal and external clients across Ghana and Africa, delivering industry-relevant learning solutions that enable organizations to place the right people in the right roles, equipped with the right skills to achieve measurable results.
